Based in Kyiv, Pietro leads client strategy, commercial development, institutional engagement and country delivery. His background spans Bocconi University, Big Four advisory, UN and EU institutions, humanitarian leadership and extensive work across Ukraine, including frontline areas.
Kieran Meredith
Co-Managing Partner — Security & Operations
Kieran leads security and operational advisory. At INTERSOS Ukraine, he led safety and security implementation across 100 locations in Kherson, Kharkiv and Mykolaiv, as well as partner projects in Donetsk. Earlier roles include NGO safety advisory in Iraq, crisis management and EMEA security analysis at Goldman Sachs, and the UN Operations and Crisis Centre.
